| Freshman (9th Grade) |
A Freshman must have completed the
Eighth grade at an accredited school and earned less than 5 credits. |

| Sophomore (10th Grade) |
A Sophomore is a second-year high school
student who has completed at least 5 credits. |

| Junior (11th Grade) |
A Junior is a third-year high school student
who has earned at least 11 credits. |

| Senior (12th Grade) |
A Senior is a fourth-year student who is on
track academically to graduate during the current school year. Students enrolled in the ACE Program may be classified as Seniors
with the approval of the high school principal. |

| Caddo-Kiowa Technology Center |
Riverside Juniors and Seniors
may enroll in half-day courses at Caddo-Kiowa Technology Center. Sophomores may be considered for enrollment at the Technology
Center with permisison of the principals of both schools depending on individual circumstances. |

| ACE Program Guidelines |
Enrollment Priority:
consideration will be given to students applying for admission to the ACE Alternative Program on the following basis:
1. Fifth-year Students
2. 18 year-old students with credit deficiencies
3. Special Circumstances (single parent, health issues, etc.) |
